American Red Cross - Utah and Nevada Region

About American Red Cross - Utah and Nevada Region

The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.

The Utah Region of the American Red Cross is part of the largest and most diverse service organization in the United States. We serve more than 2.8 million people and cover nearly 85,000 square miles spanning 29 counties. The Utah region just added 2 counties in Wyoming - Lincoln and Uinta counties.

We provide food and shelter in emergencies, assist members of our armed forces and their families, teach lifesaving skills, and more. All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.

“I love the ability to volunteer on my own schedule and interact with people across Utah and Nevada. It is so fun to listen to peoples' stories and experiences and use those experiences in deciding where they should volunteer.”
