Established in 1964, Americollect is headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. What was once a small regional collections agency of 12 employees has grown to be a national multi-division organization. Partnering closely with healthcare systems across the United States, we operate two divisions: one serving as a hospital’s customer service and the other as a healthcare collection agency. Thanks to the dedication of nearly 300 talented and bright employees, Americollect is proud to maintain a client retention rate of 96%.
