The work environment, advisors were always open to giving advice and helping as long as they were not busy. Unfortunately it was a very busy work environment, but you can noticeably see how hard everyone is working
What I wish was different
If it was a little less busy all the time so that there would be more time to consult with the whole team and less trouble arranging meeting times
Advice
Always give your best effort because everyone else working there is already giving it.
