Prep cook

June - August 2019 • Tannersville, PA

What I liked

I had a variety of tasks and was introduced to many aspects of the kitchen, both in and beyond public eye.

What I wish was different

There was little to no training on most of my tasks, which made expectations of me somewhat unreasonable at times.

I think entry level jobs like this are important for communication skills and are always a good experience. I think it’s important to take the bad with the good and not let the bad things discourage you.
