What I liked

I loved my coworkers and the people I interact with every day. The management is great, and the boss is really in your corner. As long as you work hard, learn, are polite, and on time, you will be able to be part of the group.

What I wish was different

I honestly wish it was busier. I thrive in busier, higher stress environments, and sometimes the job is way too laid back for me and I wind up bored.

Advice

If you need variety and movement, this is not the kind of job you want. There are still challenges, but most of the time you will be sitting at a desk going through documents. That kind of job isn't for everyone. You also need to be good at explaining things and have patience. Since its a technical help desk, you also definitely want to be good with computers and explaining computers to people who don't use them often.
