I love the people I work with. You really learn a lot about children and a lot about yourself. You learn how to build relationships, talk with children, and much more.
What I wish was different
Advice
Do not go into child care if you do not like kids or cannot find another job. Children are special and need attention for those who can have patience and set skills to help with their needs.
