Extremely intelligent and helpful teams around the firm, with a mix of older and experienced employees with younger and very passionate hires as well. Everyone in the firm is eager to help out and give you advice, input or just generally chat about their career paths and thoughts. Honestly recommend it for someone looking for a lifetime company to stay at and grow in. Their transparency and constant insight into the market and company details is something I don't think 90% of other firms can match.
What I wish was different
Location is a bit of a ways away, but they make the most of it and it's right nearby a mall and food court so plenty of good options for your lunch hour.
Advice
Speak your mind and ask about opportunities, they are happy to consider you for other tasks and also let you roam or take on more work. Just have to clearly communicate that and make sure you make the most out of your time there.
