What I liked

RX is a fantastic company with great people and values. They had resume-building sessions with HR, and other meetings with people in different sales fields so that interns could understand what went into the sales aspect of RX.

What I wish was different

Advice

This experience not only exposed me to sales but marketing as well. If you're unsure about what you want to do in the future, this would be a great opportunity to explore the two.

What I liked

I really enjoyed the experience and I really learned a lot during my time there. I was part of the central marketing team and my responsibility was to work alongside the marketing teams to reach team objectives for up coming trade shows. There was a lot of workshops which was fantastic because I learned a lot about myself but also what I can improve on. I enjoyed the culture at the company and how helpful and friendly everyone was to me.

What I wish was different

There isn't much that I wish was different because I learned so much and really felt apart of the team and progress.

Advice

Always be outgoing and doing more than expected because it goes a very long way. Ask questions because by doing so you will be able to not only perform better but it shows that you care and are interested.

What I liked

I loved the cool experiences I got to have! I traveled with the company and met a lot of people!

What I wish was different

I wish there was a more organized process for onboarding and that I was more integrated into the marketing team as a whole.

Advice

Definitely get yourself involved and take ownership over your projects!
