We are NYC-based RISE Brewing Co. -- we brew nitro cold-brew coffee kegs and cans for offices, bars/restaurants and cafes throughout the northeast (e.g. NY, NJ, CT, PA, ME, MA, RI, NH) and west coast (e.g. LA, SF). Our coffee is organic, non-GMO, fair-trade, single-origin, non-dairy and <5 calories. An infusion of nitrogen gives RISE its distinctive, creamy cascade. Some of our clients include Fairway, Forager's, Glossier, Juice Press, Facebook, CAA, Equinox, WME, ESPN, Palantir, NY Yankees, NBA, and many others!

We love coffee – the way it energizes us, makes us happy and fuels our minds for the day ahead. Tired of the status quo and a basic cup of joe, we began the search for something more. We started cold brewing in our New York City apartments on a mission to make the best coffee imaginable. We sourced and sampled the best beans on the planet and used the purest water possible, ultimately creating amazing cold brewed coffee that our friends and family loved.

We sampled hundreds of beans and tested various roasts to create our cold brew. We now use organic beans grown at high altitude in the Chanchamayo valley of Peru to give RISE its naturally sweet, bold and chocolatey taste. We didn't stop there...

We started experimenting with the benefits of conditioning our cold brew with nitrogen. We were blown away by how well it worked. The nitrogen infusion perfectly complimented our cold brew by giving it an awesome looking cascade, creamy head and refreshingly smooth finish.

Our Nitro Cold Brew was a total game changer, we had to share it. We brewed a small batch in a keg and brought it to a friend’s restaurant in Brooklyn. The team at the restaurant loved
it and thought their customers would too - they asked if we could start serving RISE Nitro Cold Brew on tap the next day.
As soon as we started serving it on tap, people from all over started asking us for it – to keep up with demand we moved our operation from an apartment to a garage until we made it to the brewery that we innovate and brew out of today. Demand continues to grow and we just keep on brewing – experimenting with new flavors, always innovating and never settling.
