The culture at Boeing is fantastic for interns because they treat you as a full time employee and give you meaningful day to day work in addition to projects.
What I wish was different
Management is slightly cluttered and the work moves relatively slow.
Also, the rehiring and conversion processes are changing in 2019, so it is very new, slow, and unorganized.
Advice
There will probably be a lack of instruction for most of the summer, so it's important to dive in, ask questions, and create your own experience.

What I liked
I was given huge projects with 5 year values of millions and millions of dollars. I also absolutely love the aerospace industry so it was amazing to be work a few hundred yards from the largest aircraft factory in the world and be allowed to talk to nearly anyone in the company to learn more about their job focuses.
What I wish was different
More company sponsored intern meet and greets. Other than that everything from the people to the work given was outstanding.
Advice
It's important to work hard, but if you want to exceed expectations then you must also work smart and fix situations before they become problems or to increase efficiency even when unprompted.

What I liked
I liked the flexibility I had as an intern. I was allowed to flex my time and work from home. I also was encouraged to reach out to executives and senior managers to shadow and perform informational interviews. I also liked how they showed us the products of the company and allowed us to take tours of the manufacturing facilities.
What I wish was different
Everything I did this summer was great and Boeing is a great company to work for.
Advice
I would share with others about this experience is that it is what you make it. I would advise everyone to go outside of their comfort zone and experience everything this internship has to offer. Put yourself out there to new experiences within the company and network.

Realize how short and internship is and be accountable to make it the experience you want. Access to other engineers and facilities is priceless. Go on tours and interview everyone who does something you are interested in.
