About V3 Companies

V3 Companies is an employee-owned, multidisciplinary firm offering civil engineering, natural resources, environmental, landscape architecture, contracting, planning, and surveying services. We were founded in 1983 and continue to grow our team of approximately 330 professionals among our offices in Illinois (Chicago and Woodridge), Indiana (Indianapolis, South Bend and Carmel), Ohio (Columbus), North Carolina (Charlotte), Canada (Sherwood Park) and Haiti (Port-Au-Prince). The market sectors we serve include: transportation, local government, education, healthcare, office and industrial, residential, retail, parks and forest preserves, utility and energy and international development.

Because we serve a broad array of clients with a highly-diversified platform of services, you’ll have opportunities to match your interests and skills to any number of disciplines. At V3, you’ll not just know your group leader, but you’ll receive the kind of one-on-one attention that you might expect from a much smaller firm. And because we know there’s more to employment than work, we have fun social events as a way to get to know the rest of the V3 team, as well as a comprehensive Health & Wellness Program and a Social & Sustainable Responsibility Program where you can get involved in health- and volunteer-related activities.

Our current openings are for design and construction engineers in our Water Resources, Land Development, Landscape Architecture, Transportation, Environmental, and Construction Engineering Divisions. We offer challenging work assignments and long-term career growth in a predominately “promote from within” environment. In addition, V3 offers an excellent compensation package that includes bonus, 401(k) with match, annual retirement contribution, and opportunities for training & development.
