What I wish was different
The support from the Westcoast office back in North America could have been stronger.
Advice
Even when you’re running on four hours of sleep, try to soak it all up while you can. And don’t get invested into the student politics you are their to keep them safe and have a great time.

What I liked
Westcoast made sure I was fully prepared for any situation when leading my teen tour in Europe. Plus, I loved the kids we had on our trip; they made the whole experience unforgettable.
