Would you say working as a fundraiser was enjoyable? At least from your experience?

I liked the convenience​ of working close to campus and the flexible working hours. I disliked the competitive environment and the little room for error. I always gave 110% into my calls and I felt that is was unfair to be penalized over an alumni not wanting to give money.
