ATSA is committed to providing innovative, integrative, and quality psychological services that will best suit one's individual treatment needs. Services are not restricted to the office setting. We treat children in their home, school, or community settings. We provide concierge services to adults to make meeting for sessions more convenient and more therapeutic. We have a Selective Mutism Program that focuses treatment on social phobia, selective mutism, and other related disorders in children and adults, such as general anxiety, depression, phobias, coping with life-changing events, grief/loss, parenting adjustment, post-partum depression, and toddler sleep training support.

Many clients report rapid progress due to the effective, evidence-based approaches we employ. Many also report finding success at ATSA where other treatments have failed. Because we are out-of-network providers, we have the freedom to treat clients in the setting that suits them, providing treatment and support where needed.

ATSA staff is specialized in treating psychological health of children, adolescents, adults, and families, and is committed to delivering innovative, quality, and collaborative treatment. We are known for thinking out of the box and finding solutions that work.

Reviews

Clinical Psychology Intern

June 2020 - August 2020 Oak Brook, IL
“The clinical experiences and other growth opportunities (presentations, seminars with working clinicians) were very helpful. The intern cohort I worked with was extremely motivated and great to work alongside. Dr. Lynas provided excellent mentorship and feedback throughout the summer. Even though I am pursuing graduate education in a different field of psychology, this experience was extremely helpful to me in my career development and graduate school applications and interviews. ”

Clinical Psychology Intern

June 2020 - August 2020 Oak Brook, IL
“A truly unique experience for undergraduates interested in clinical psychology to gain exposure to the field through learning and applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques. It was extremely rewarding to work intimately with children and their families, and to see their immense progress in such a short period of time. There is also a professional development aspect integrated into the internship to help students navigate the field. This internship helped me a lot in terms of thinking about the type of work I want to do as a clinical psychologist and the population I want to work with.”
