Be knowledgeable about the company and products before you even walk in the door. This brand expects a lot of dedication from its employees, so it's important to be educated.

I loved working with a team and company that had the same values and ideals as me.

I wish that my time was more appreciated. I worked the most on my team and I had one of the lowest pay. I believe I should have been given a raise after they saw my work ethic.
Advice
Talk to and make friends with your boss and district manager. They are the ones who can make things happen. You want to have them on your side, especially if you ever need help.
