I enjoyed being hands on and given the trust to perform daily tasks on my own when I felt confident myself.
What I wish was different
I wish the crew members I was with got along better. There was a lot of fighting and drama every day between workers on the jobsite that made everyone upset and slowed our work down.
Advice
Don't let others take advantage of you. Know your own worth and capabilities. Also, have an open mind to trying new things.
