What I liked

The culture and atmosphere at BHG is phenomenal. The core value of having a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is on display constantly, everyone you meet is engaging and genuinely nice. There training/on-boarding process is extremely efficient and beneficial, you get to learn and shadow with different positions in all the departments. Management encourages you to ask questions and they are always more than willing to answer them.

I wish someone would have told me to apply to BHG sooner!

What I liked

I liked everything about my BHG internship experience. The program was well-structured and included the opportunity to work on real-world projects with a lot of feedback and mentorship. BHG really wants its interns to be successful and puts a lot of effort and thought into that, The company culture is so so positive, and I learned so much over the course of my internship.
