I wish that it had been more put together. It felt like management had no idea what they were doing.
Advice
Don’t work at Greenwood Biolife. It’s just not worth it.

What I liked
I love the friendly atmosphere with amazing benefits. Having full dental, health, and vision insurance along with sick pay and vacation hours has been extremely helpful for me.
What I wish was different
There is an extremely high turnover rate at the center, but with new managers filling open roles, I hope everything will get worked out soon.
Advice
There are going to be bad days where it feels like you are doing everything wrong. Do not get discouraged, everyone goes through spurts where nothing seems to set up right on machines or donors having problematic veins.
