I enjoyed the people and environment greatly. Everyday I felt like I was contributing to the businesses success and fan happiness.
What I wish was different
I wish a bit more responsibility had been given my way. Although I learned a lot and was in charge of several important aspects of sponsorship contracts I wish I had more free range and the ability to express my abilities at a higher level.
Advice
You get what you put into the experience. I went in with an optimistic mindset and received positive feedback. I worked hard everyday and can walk away feeling accomplished.
