They treat you as family. Your learning something new every day that you work there. They are very flexible and can adjust if you need to visit family during the season. They are willing to train you in different areas of expertise if you are interested.

This is a traveling job and will be away from home for most of the time unless your in the Midwest. Also throughout the week you will be working the majority of the time.

I liked that blue river is making a large scale positive impact on the world by transforming the agriculture industry.

I wish I had taken CS110 before working here, I fell like that class would have really helped prepare me for some of the work I did.

What I liked
I loved being able to travel the United States and see agricultural land in many different climates.

I wish that there was more structure and organization. We went day by day and never really knew what our plan was going to be for the next day.
Advice
It is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in agriculture to get their foot in the door and learn many different aspects of the business in a short amount of time.
