They have great training programs and gave the interns opportunities to shadow other departments that we are interested in. Great office culture and team-environment with open collaboration. Managers and upper-level management were easily available to help regardless of title.
What I wish was different
I think more structure in the internship would have been beneficial. Great experience to get trained in multiple sectors of the business but can be challenging to implement all that is learned with short periods in each department.
Advice
Ask questions and attend the after hours events! They are happy to help us learn!
