- I learned what it was like to work in an office, in a city setting.
- I got to work with so many people with years of experience, all of whom I learned from and considered not only colleagues but friends.
- I cultivated a deep understanding of a lot of different skills, such as SEO, social media, content migration, Wordpress, Drupal, newsletters, and so much more.
- I sat in on client meetings, gaining valuable experience in client relations
What I wish was different
I can't really think of anything that wouldve made this experience better. I mainly wanted to find out what working within the marketing industry was really like, and that's what I got.
Advice
This may sound cliché, but I think it bares truth. You'll get out this experience, what you put in. If you give it all you've got, you'll get so much out of it.
