I enjoyed talking with all the other sales hosts. It was quite literally a second family. I made it a mission everyday to try to speak with everyone on the floor.
What I wish was different
I wish they had provided me with more help with speaking to customers. However, it potentially part of my fault as well, for my nature is more reserved than most.
Advice
Be willing to try new things, and do not be afraid of speaking with incoming customers or colleagues. One bad day will not define the rest of your experience.
