What I liked
It was a great opportunity and I learned a lot from first hand experience!
What I wish was different
I wish the hours would have been different, I worked 60-80 hours a week and sometime having everyone on staff there was not nessesary.

Hourly wages are better, but sometimes you have to do what you have to for the experience!
