Bon Me was started by Boston-bred duo Patrick Lynch and Ali Fong. The business was born in 2010, inspired by the classic Vietnamese banh mi sandwich and its bold, unique flavors. Flavors that would go on to win the City of Boston’s Food Truck Contest and lead to the opening of the first ever Bon Me truck in Boston!
We have since expanded to an array of bright food trucks and brick-and-mortars in Boston and Cambridge. We proudly serve Asian-inspired eats made from the freshest, house made ingredients. As we continue to grow, we strive to have a positive impact on the communities that we call home by providing living wages for our employees, following sustainable business practices, and continuing to make healthy and delicious food at a fair price for our customers.
