I liked how friendly the staff was and how they are keeping me on call while I am at school. They worked very well with my busy summer schedule and made me feel welcomed from day one.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have changed some of their management team procedures. It seemed to always be a messy environment and one without routine.
Advice
A smile goes a long way to the residents. You are only a guest in the residents home, so make sure to always be polite. A lot of the time, they want to talk and have someone listen. It is small to some, and huge to others.
