What I liked

I enjoyed the experience of the sales leadership aspect of the job. Having to ensure quality customer service while repairing cellular devices had taught me how to make the customers feel secure about their time and money being spent with our company.

What I wish was different

Slightly long shifts -9 hour workdays. The compensation was worthwhile which includes many lunch breaks.

Advice

This experience is very valuable in giving anybody the chance to learn how to deal with customers under all conditions. With that being said, it is also how you make the most of it, so gaining the confidence is key in enabling you to shape up your skill sets.
