What I liked

The atmosphere, fellow employees, my team, the events, it not being an overbearing job, and close proximity to the school so I could continue classes and have a tight schedule. Also, that they hired me and let me use the job experience as an internship. And they are very accommodating with your schedule.

What I wish was different

The pay starting out was about a dollar lower and I liked how I got raises when I did well, but having a higher pay would’ve been nice. Especially, when you see jobs that don’t require as much skill starting out that get paid better.

Advice

If you need an I internship nearby so you can continue classes, this is really nice. However, if you need an internship to give you more skills for a specific job, make sure to look into the different openings first before choosing this.

What I liked

Management was very helpful and the workplace had a great atmosphere which made it easy to ask questions and get to know people. Plus, they have different trainings and you can shadow other departments so you can learn more than just about your job. They also worked with my school schedule as I was taking classes at the same time.

What I wish was different

Nothing really.

Advice

Be informed about the company and their work before going into an interview as it will help you out. Also, even if the atmosphere may seem relaxing, don’t slack on the job. It’s important to do what you are there for and there are sometimes benefits you can receive for your team going beyond your quota.
