I think more leadership positions would be great for those who learn the basics quickly and effectively, so that they may continue to progress at their own pace.
Advice
This experience has been fun and allowed time for me to work and go to school full-time. The one piece of advice that I would give someone is that Boscov's is a nice company to work for, but be prepared to not be able to progress at a very fast rate, so if you love to learn how to do as many things as possible and work your way into a better position within a year or two this may not be the job for you.
