What I wish was different
I wish I felt less replaceable and that my own unique skillsets were valued more.
Advice
As cheesy as it sounds-know your worth as a worker before applying or accepting the job. It will not be recognized that highly when you work there. Also since the company is a start up company-have an open mindset because everything is always changing and everyone is always learning new information.

What I liked
The office was super inclusive, it was really easy to meet and network with people while getting to attend events and enjoy food/snacks. It was really easy to connect with co-workers you didn't know to learn about topics as well as work cross functionally. My manager really cared about getting me a diverse set of work that covered multiple topics, and I never had a lack of work. I felt like I was treated and respected just like the salaried employees, and that my work was valued and essential to the company's progress. I also got to go on work trips to the farms (which I was reimbursed for) which was a great way to see the day-to-day on the farms and learn about the processes which was very useful and interesting to me as the Robotics Intern.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship had started earlier, I was out of school for over a month before I started, but basically worked up until I had classes at school.
Advice
Don't be scared to ask! I had a ton of questions throughout my internship, and someone was always happy to answer it. Everyone is super friendly and you can gain a lot through just interacting.
