I like the support from the staff. They are always asking what they can do to support me.
What I wish was different
I wish they had curriculum set up, like they told me there would be. For my first year of teaching, I had to develop curriculum along with finishing USU assignments. I couldn't give either the time I should have.
Advice
Be kind, you want people who are on your side willing to back you up. The staff will bend over backwards to help if they see how hard your trying.

What I liked
I have loved both teachers I have worked with! I appreciate that both schools I have been with took the time to set me up with someone I could both get along with and learn from.
What I wish was different
I wish the District was more involved. I wish they checked up with me or observed me so that I could know what they expected of me.
Advice
Involve yourself with the staff! Get to know everyone you work with!
