I have worked here for seven summers and really enjoy the people. I really enjoy teaching kids and how much fun I get to have while working. Due to my experience, I was in charge of the activities to boost staff morale.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more staff to limit the stress of my staff members who were overworked.
Advice
Any job requires you to put effort into making a difference or else the work will fall onto others.
