“I worked as the Handicraft Director at Camp Conestoga, which meant I was running the arts/crafts area of camp. I was able to incorporate new activities this year, such as the Animation Merit Badge, as well as Model Design and Building Merit Badge. Teaching these badges helped Scouts to learn more and progress their Scouting adventure, while also giving me solid experience towards my major in college (Graphic Design/Digital Media) The best part of this job was the great people I worked with and the ability to express my creativity through the things we taught. ”
