“Braun provided an opportunity to get certified in materials testing. They gave us hands on training and aided us in the preparation for the ACI test. I enjoyed the first few months of testing, and learning about materials. How to deal with contractors, how to deal with sub-par conditions and all the Bismarck employees who helped me become a better employee. I really was impressed with Brauns safety team. Every month, we had a team safety meeting. These meetings showed us precautions of what to do when a situation occurred. Very impressed with the safety situation.”

Getting to work one and on with inspectors on site and being able to solve a problem is very rewarding.
