The culture here is fantastic, everyone is willing to offer their help to enhance the experience. A wide-range of responsibilities that really helped my technical skills as well as helped me learn what kind of roles I would be interested in for the future.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more in person events as the internship was mainly remote.

Ask questions, you are there to learn and there is no better way than asking professionals.

The people here are amazing. Not only were they great for my professional and technical skills but they are willing to go above and beyond to support you as an intern. As long as you are willing to put the work in, the company loves to recognize effort and good work.

Take the opportunities they provide as a company. They do training seminars and provide opportunities to put yourself in front of senior management and executives that are extremely beneficial

What I liked
My favorite part about Alliance Data was the people. Every person I met with went above and beyond to help me better understand the organization and their specific role within. I never felt like I couldn't ask for help whether that be from someone on my individual team or an outside team.
What I wish was different
There's nothing I wish would've been different. My internship experience with Alliance Data was seamless from the first day I started to the last day of the summer.
Advice
Network! As I mentioned above, the people here are more than willing to help you and want to see you succeed. If you're interested in a certain area within the company, ask someone from that team to get coffee. Don't be afraid to push yourself outside of your comfort zone!

The people I worked with, the environment fostered a lot of learning, the variety of tools I received instruction in, the opportunity to meet senior leaders of the company, and the outings all the interns were taken on.

I wish I had more time on specific projects instead of shuffling around so much.

You can talk to your leaders or even corporate level leaders and they will answer any and every question you have. You never feel like you have to go to work, it'll definitely help you no matter what you want in your career.
