You are working with extremely brilliant individuals who are driven and motivated by this work. You feel like you are making a positive difference in the world. They set up lots of talks, so you will be able to hear about a wide plethora of other work.
What I wish was different
It is high-stress, but I expect that is similar to make similar organizations (law firms).
Advice
Try to talk to as many people at Brennan as possible in your time there. The employees have great experiences and want to share with you. Plus they will be valuable for making other connections in the future.
