Advice
When you first start a job, don't expect everything to go smoothly. Just remember that the rough patches you go through in the beginning make you better at what you do.

What I liked
I helped people and learned to communicate better in critical situations.
What I wish was different
We were short staffed most of the times. I wish we had more help.
Advice
I would like to share that before anyone starts nursing program, they should do volunteer work in the hospital and see if that’s what they really want to do. Because it is not an easy job and a lot of people tend to give up after they complete their degree.
