It’s a fun and fairly easy job. However you do need patience as some days these kids will do everything to test your patience.

What I liked
I love the organization's compassion for helping kids when they are in a crisis, and the ability they have to adapt to different situations; they also really care about their employees.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more opportunities for growth as far a positions. I also wish that the Mentors could be more involved in IEP and Crisis planning.
Advice
Be patient, keep an open mind, and also remember to make time for yourself so you don't burn out.
