Loved the people and the work! Super smart, kind people. Great culture where everyone is genuinely passionate about what they do and wants to see you succeed.
What I wish was different
There were moments where I didn’t have much work to do, even after asking around for extra work. This was through no fault of my managers/Chatham, it was just unlucky timing with some departures from the company.
Advice
Ask lots of questions! Everyone at Chatham has a wealth of knowledge.

What I liked
The culture at Chatham Financial is really great. I got to work with a team of two other interns to build a tool for their trade desk from scratch that will be used in production. Our team lead (a full time software engineer at the company) provided great mentorship and was always there to point us in the right direction when we were stuck. It was honestly an ideal internship experience.
What I wish was different
The only thing I can think of that I would make it better is if it lasted longer.
Advice
As long as you have a good attitude and are willing to do you best, you will have a great time at Chatham Financial.

The only downside in my mind is the location.
Advice
Take the chance to get to know your coworkers. Grab lunch with them, hang out with them, etc. They are awesome people and are always happy to talk!
