Laid back work environment, people are nice and help me when I need it. Very independent.

What I wish was different

I am currently in a slow work period and would like a little bit more to do. But I ask for more when I feel I am able to take on more.

Advice

Don't be afraid to ask for more work if it's a slow period, and learn more about the processes when you have time.
