The projects I worked on were engaging and I enjoyed the people I worked with.

What I wish was different

There was a clear lack of diversity in the Software Engineering chapter and that was extremely isolating.

Advice

I would advise you to read up about the Chevron "way" and be ready to give and receive feedback, because that is a big part of the culture at Chevron.
