What I liked
The leadership team is supportive, and they practice servant leadership to the fullest extent.
What I wish was different
They could have been more intentional about training and kept better track of our progress as trainees. They have already improved the training process since then.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions! Even if someone has taught you something once, they don't shame you for not getting it right away.
