The overall goal of the commission. Obviously, we live in a time where relations between community service members such as police, and community members are tense nationwide. Our goal to fix this relationship in our community is one of my life goals.
What I wish was different
I, unfortunately lost 2 people who were very close to me, then covid happened. I wish I was able to continue working, however, I fully intend to go back.
Advice
You must have an open mind, have leadership qualities, and above all else, I think, empathy.
