There were so many positive experiences with this position but my favorite was easily my team. They were amazing. For the most part, we were all ready to help out one another and step up when the job needed it. The seven of us made the summer really memorable.
What I wish was different
Even in the less than ideal moments, I wouldn't want it changed. These experiences will help shape my future fixes. Had I not had those experiences when I did, I'm not sure if I'd be able to handle them the way that I did or I will in the future.
Advice
Speak up when you hear or need something. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. You do have a support system at your workplace so use it whenever you can.
