The atmosphere and how it was like a family. They helped motivate each other and grow to do better. I also was able to expand beyond my position to try other things to see where I’m best using my assets. Helped me find my role.
What I wish was different
I wish they had more dedicated marketing programs since I found that’s what I love.
Advice
See if an internship will allow you to try another position or expand to make sure your assets are being best used in an environment.
