What I liked

The people who work at this organization truly care about you as an individual and want to help you grow and achieve your goals. Co-op Credit Union has been my home for a little over six years now and I have learned so much about myself and non-profits. They have great training opportunities, flexible scheduling, and community involvement. I've been able to meet so many new people and gotten the chance to volunteer at many different organizations.

Advice

I learned to not settle for organizations that won't treat you right. The Credit Union has given me a high standard of what employers should be like and I will take that with me when searching for a job after graduation. Give me great values, morals and customer service skills that I will use in any career I go into.
