What I liked
I liked meeting tons of new people everyday on the job as well as traveling with my crew members to get work done. I met a lot of new friends working for college hunks, most of them I still keep in touch with to this day.
What I wish was different
I wish I didn't have to be up so early in the morning, 7 am start time is a bit early for my liking but it wasn't that bad.
Also, we never had an end time to our shifts so basically we had a chance to be done in 2 hours or 12, there was no clear end time
Advice
Hard work pays off and determination is key. When someone is paying you for your service the least you can do is put in 110% of your effort.

What I liked
I loved the variation from day to day and the opportunity to help people through stressful times in addition to driving around the Capital area and coordinating teams.
What I wish was different
More organization and preparation for specific jobs. Overall a wonderful experience.
Advice
Hard work, but absolutely rewarding at the end of a job/summer.
