I enjoyed the flexible hours and the weekly job training workshops provided for the students. Being able to interact with other peers and having to work at a hospital was very enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have interacted with my supervisior on site more often.
Advice
Make sure you have your days planned out in advance. Always be ready to adjust that time schedule and know when to say yes or no.
