Loved how involved I was in the day to day process at Commvault. Got to learn all about the company and industry while working with high level people every day.
What I wish was different
Unfortunately, my internship was remote, so I never met my boss in person which is kind of crazy. I wish I got to be in the office everyday meeting and working with everyone. However, it was still a seamless experience.
Advice
One advice is to always be present and make sure your boss/manager knows you are willing to help at anytime. Even if that is just watching what they are doing to gain the knowledge.

The organization culture, how helpful my team is. They understand I am an intern and not a full-time employee. The learning opportunities through events like learning how to network and create a personal brand really helped.

Execs be more clear in communications about Covid and changes

Take advantage of all the opportunities given to you! Go to all the learning courses, ask other people in the company about their jobs, take on challenging projects.

I loved the environment of the company and the corporate culture. It is a very laid back atmosphere that is really easy to relate to. Even if you had something to do one day it was no big deal to take a day off. They were very understanding and also appreciated any extra help you could give.

Honestly nothing. It was an amazing experience all around.
Advice
Definitely have an open mind. Always ask the full time employees about what they are doing and how you can be an asset to the team.
