What I liked

I loved the people I worked alongside at E & A. They really care about their employees and it really feels like you are part of a family. I felt like an integral part of the survey crew that I was on. They are definitely a company I would love to work for in the future.

Construction Administration Intern

May - August 2019 • Omaha, NE

What I liked

The internship program of E&A was very conducive to learning on the job. Interns were assigned to real projects and put in positions to succeed. It wasn’t just a summer job; several intern events were scheduled that allowed interns to network with employees from different parts of the company.

What I wish was different

I would have liked to have been given a little more responsibility to grow even more from a professional standpoint.

Advice

Never be afraid to step out of your comfort zone or make a mistake. Employees are human. Mistakes are bound to happen. Growth happens when we step out of our comfort zone and also where we learn from our mistakes and improve as professionals.
